How it works

Honest feedback, made safe and useful

Gather feedback from every direction, keep it confidential so it is honest, and turn it into a plan a leader will actually use.

1
Step one

Choose the raters

The leader, their boss, peers, and direct reports are invited to give feedback, so the picture is complete.

2
Step two

Everyone rates, confidentially

Each group rates the same competencies. Observer responses are grouped and anonymous, so feedback is candid.

3
Step three

Debrief and plan

We walk the leader through their report, surface the alignment and the gaps, and build a focused development plan.

The report

Where you and others agree, and where you don't

For every competency, the report places your own rating next to the feedback from those around you, against a favourable zone. The gaps are where the growth is. A sample is shown here.

A blind spot is where you rate yourself higher than others do; a hidden strength is where they rate you higher than you do.

Why it works

One perspective is an opinion. Many is a pattern.

A leader only ever sees part of their own impact. CheckPoint 360 brings together the people who experience their leadership every day, so the feedback is balanced, credible, and hard to dismiss.

And because it is anonymous and grouped, people tell the truth, which is exactly what makes it useful.

"The feedback you are most tempted to argue with is usually the feedback worth listening to."

Questions

Good things to know first

What is CheckPoint 360?
A 360-degree feedback assessment for managers and leaders. It compares a leader's self-view with feedback from their boss, peers, and direct reports across eight competencies.
Is the feedback anonymous?
Yes. Observer responses are grouped by rater type and reported anonymously, which is what makes the feedback honest and safe to give.
How long does it take?
Each rater spends about 15 to 20 minutes. The leader then has a debrief session to make sense of the results.
Is it used for appraisal?
It is designed for development, not for pay or performance ratings. That framing is what makes people open to acting on it.
Can we see a real report first?
Yes. Download the official sample individual report above to see exactly what a leader receives.
Who runs it?
Sakeenah Group, a PXT Select Authorized Partner, supporting leadership development in Mauritius and the region.
